Why can't my team just learn this on their own?

They could, and some of it they will. But working out which parts of a job AI actually does well takes months of trial and error, and most people never get a free afternoon to start. We have spent years doing exactly that, across more than twenty companies. Your team gets the shortcuts instead of the dead ends, and leaves with things that already work rather than a list of tools to explore later.

We already pay for ChatGPT. Why do we need this?

Plenty of teams have the tools already. The tool was never the hard part. Knowing which of your tasks it genuinely speeds up, how to give it the right context, and how to check what comes back is where the time goes. That's what we work on, using the tasks your team repeats every week.

Is it worth taking people away from work for half a day?

Fair question. Half a day for ten people costs you about one person-week. If each of them saves an hour a day afterwards, the team makes that back inside a week. We'd rather you asked this before booking than after.

Does my team need any technical background?

No. The workshops are built for non-technical teams. We use plain language, and everything is hands-on from the first hour. If your team can use email, they can do this.

Where do the workshops happen?

At your offices. We come to you, your team works on its own computers, and there is zero logistics on your side. We run workshops across Cyprus.

How many people can join a workshop?

The base price covers up to 10 participants. Larger groups are possible; for teams above 15 we usually recommend splitting into two cohorts so everyone gets real hands-on time.

What language are the workshops in?

English, and so are all the materials. Everyday working English is more than enough. The workshops are hands-on, not lecture-style.

How do we prepare? What do you need from us beforehand?

Nothing to prepare on your side. Before the workshop we run a short call to get a clear picture of your business, your tools, and your team's daily work. That's what lets us tailor the content and build use cases that fit your exact needs.

How do we stop staff putting company data into AI tools?

That's one of the first things we cover. Your team leaves knowing what is safe to put into a chatbot, what isn't, and which tools your company should settle on. Most leaks happen because nobody ever set the rules, not because people are careless. If you want, we can write those rules down as a short one-page policy your team can actually follow.

We'd be working on real company documents. Do they stay confidential?

Yes. Everything your team works on during the sessions stays yours and stays private. If you prefer, we're happy to sign an NDA before the preparation call.

What happens after the workshop?

Every team leaves with working, reusable use cases they can apply the next day. The Autonomy program goes further: practice between sessions, access to our online courses, a private support channel, six hours of coaching after the workshop, plus AI governance: clear rules on what your team can and can't put into AI, and your AI tools set up for the whole company. And if you want us to build workflows for you afterwards, that's what our consulting offer is for.

What do the workshops cost?

Workshops start at €1,490 for a half-day Kickstart session. The Accelerator (1.5 to 2 days) starts at €4,900 and the Autonomy program (from 4 days, with coaching) starts at €8,900. Base prices cover up to 10 participants. Consulting work is scoped separately.

How long does it take to see something working?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the complexity of what you need. Every workflow is custom, so a simple use case can be live in a few days, while something more complex may take several weeks of work. Easier to give you a concrete timeline once we've talked through your specific case.

Do we need a developer on our team?

No. We handle implementation end to end, and your team keeps using the tools they already know.

Which AI model do you use?

We build our systems to be independent of any single AI model. When stronger ones are released, we update yours so you're always running on the best available. We also pick the model best suited to each workflow, whether that's Claude, GPT, or a smaller specialized one. The right tool for the job, no vendor lock-in.

Do we have to change the tools we already use?

No. We work with what you have, whether that's Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, or something custom. We extend your tools and systems, we don't replace them.

Where does our data go?

It depends on the workflow and the AI model behind it. The orchestration layer we build usually runs on EU-hosted infrastructure. The model itself varies: providers like OpenAI and Anthropic route through US endpoints by default, though both offer EU data residency on their enterprise plans. For workflows handling sensitive data, we can also use EU-native models like Mistral, or open-source ones we self-host. We map the data flow with you during the audit and pick the right setup for your case.

Will this replace people on my team?

Replacing people isn't the goal. The honest reality is that we deliver significant productivity gains on the operational work currently filling your team's week. What you do with that recovered time is your decision: most teams reinvest it into higher-value work, some scale without hiring, others restructure.
