Turn a tenant's message into a work order with the right contractor lined up

A tenant reports a leak on WhatsApp. The work order is written, the right contractor is chosen and the tenant has a reply, before anyone in the office has picked up the phone.

Why it matters

Managing forty apartments means requests arrive all day, by WhatsApp, email and phone: a boiler, a leak, a gate that will not close. Each one needs someone to find the unit, check what the lease says about who pays, pick a contractor and write it all down. It is small work done many times, and when it backs up, tenants call again and contractors get double-booked.

These are examples. Every use case is built around the tools you already run, whatever they are, and you keep using them exactly as before.

Then it runs on its own

  1. 1

Reads the message and works out which building, unit and tenant it is about

  2. 2

Checks the lease for who is responsible, the tenant or the landlord

  3. 3

Looks at what was done in that unit before and which contractor did it

  4. 4

Writes the work order and a reply to the tenant, in Greek or English to match

Delivered where you already work

Every time a tenant message comes in, in whichever channel your team already uses. We set the timing around how you work, not the other way round.

  • A note on who pays, with the lease clause behind it

We build it with your team

Every workshop is built around the use cases you pick. This one is usually covered in the Accelerator, on your own tools and your own data.

  • We use a week of real tenant messages from your properties
  • Your team decides which jobs get booked straight away and which need a call first
  • Works with the property system or spreadsheet you already keep

Want it extended, maintained and connected to more of your systems afterwards? Let's discuss →
